Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor

 

Lookit what I found. This photo was in a newspaper for a spread about life in Brooklyn. I remember one day I was looking out the window when a man and a woman asked if they could take my picture. I said ok. I was like 7. I don’t know why they didn’t ask to speak to my mom. I never told her about it until it showed up in the paper almost a year later. Also the photo was blown up and put on display in Brooklyn Borough Hall. I only know that because some of my classmates went there to get an award and they saw it. But this was after I no longer lived in that apt in the photo. I never got a chance to see it though. My mom saved the newspaper photo. She had it laminated. Lol.
